On January 28, 2016, the Temple Bakery space in Curtis Park officially opened after months of construction. Eden Myles of Five Points Pizza will run the space at night and Shauna Lott of The Long I Pie Shop will run the space during the day. Their ultimate goal, with the help of DRI Goods and RMMFI, is to help bakers and entrepreneurs in the Denver area incubate their businesses in the Temple Bakery Space for 6 months to a year. After a year, with the help of DRI Goods, the new bakery entrepreneurs will launch their own bakery retail locations throughout Denver. As they opened, they received some great press.
